BODYBALANCE the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centred and calm. It’s your “time out” from the stress of everyday life. BODYBALANCE improves your joint flexiblity and range of movement while increasing your core strength. BODYPUMP is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody. It’s perfect for both males and females who want to add strength to their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 55 minute workout. Burn up to 600 calories for fat loss, shapes and tones your muscles and improves bone density (helps ward off osteoporosis) and gives you a real sense of achievement.

CXWORX™ really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
GRIT™ Cardio is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that features explosive high impact movements designed to burn fat and improve athletic capability.
The workouts featured in LES MILLS GRIT™STRENGTH are based on the principles of high intensity interval training (HIIT) for a 30 min session : repeated bouts of high intensity that is greater than an aerobic threshold. This results in a series of sharp spikes in heart rate, delivering the exclusive HIIT effect.
Raw power in motion! An awesome studio cycling class which will lead you on a journey of total calorie destruction! RPM is fantastic for shaping and toning your lower body and will dramatically increase your fitness levels. RPM is very focused on safety and creating intensity through simulating varying terrains through the class. Powerful music provides a stimulating & motivating atmosphere that will empower you to test your limits all RPM classes are 45 minutes and are perfect if you are new to group exercise classes.
